  The Spinning machine is of international Standard. It is imported from America and is capable of meeting Stringent manufacturing Standards and desired curvatures.

3)  Hydraulic Press :-
Hydraulic press is available in six different capacity ranging from 
100 tonnes to 1000 tonnes.
 
4)  Furnace :-
We have setup a Permanent Furnace which is used for hot forming.
Size :- 4 mtrs x 3 mtrs x 1.5 mtrs
The furnace is with the top loading / unloading facility dully approved by M/s. I.B.R.
 
5)  Hot Forming :-
We also manufacture dished ends by hot forming . In this process the material is heated in an controlled temperature upto the normalising range and then is soaked and later dished end is formed using the suitable dia and punches . This is a very effective way of manufacturing the dished ends.
